Routers
When it comes to high speed production, Riddley can outperform the rest with several of our in house CNC routers. Our routers offer high speed cutting rates with vector speeds of over 340 ft/min. We offer cutting beds that accommodate up to 5×12 material. We make it a point to stay up-to- date with cutting edge technology because of our dedication to our customers. Our state-of-the-art collection allows us to maintain a level of precision and consistency in our products to supply clients with the finest quality.
Cutting
At Riddley we have several high production panel saws that offer self-loading systems and cutting speeds up to 490 feet per minute. Utilizing features like these enable us to maintain efficiency and quality on high volume orders. Additionally, we benefit from having the ability to cut our own countertops in house. With our countertop saw we are able to cut virtually any angle and add draw bolt holes all in one motion. This type of effectiveness is what gives us an edge over the competition.
Finishing
Here at Riddley we have the tools and the craftsmen to get the job done. Our high speed edgebanders offer feed rates of over 98 feet per minute and a return conveyor that offers increased production for high volume parts. Our team of dedicated craftsmen offer personal attention to detail when applying stain, varnish, and other finishes.
